The Tour de Valley encourages the participation of organisations and businesses in the event with the introduction of the Corporate Team Challenge for teams of four riders conducted over the friendly distance of 18km.
 
The goal of the event is to promote cycling and the benefits of healthy exercise and active transport options in the workplace through a fun, team-based event in a beautiful location.
 
Note: If your corporate team would like to take on the more challenging options of 36km or 72km, please enter the Team Cycling Challenge. Corporate teams are welcome in this section of the event.

Eligibility
The Corporate Team Challenge is open to cyclists over the age of 15.
Team members must be directors/board members, employers, employees, members or volunteers of the nominated organisation or business. 
 
Team Composition
Teams will comprise of 4 riders.
The team time will be taken from the third rider to cross the line.
 
Handicap System
Corporate Team Challenge (18km)
The times will be adjusted on the basis of the following:
A team will be eligible for a 1 minute time deduction for each female rider in a team
A team will be eligible for a 1 minute time deduction for each rider over the age of 50 years 
A team will be eligible for a 2 minute time deduction for each rider over the age of 60 years 
A team will be eligible for a 3 minute time deduction for each rider over the age of 70 years
A team will be eligible for a 5 minute time deduction for each rider over the age of 80 years
 
Prizes
Prizes will be available for the winner based on overall fastest time and handicap.
All riders will go into the drawer for additional random prizes.
 
Rider Information
The Rider Handbook will be available by the end of August.
 
Start List
